Hey everyone,
I wanted to give you a quick update about our trip so far! We were in New York for 7 days, Washingtom DC for 2 days and now in North Carolina....
The East Coast is beautiful :) New York is like nothing I've seen before - favourite things here were strolling through Central Park and seeing the Statue of Liberty. Washington DC was so different from NY - Ben and I could live there - such a relaxed vibe with beautiful surroundings. Favourite thing here was a Segway tour of the city!
We drove through the Great Smoky Mountains today and it was amazing! We did several hikes to see waterfalls which were fantastic has there was rain last night and this morning...we've been taking lots of photos and video footage.
I've been doing my bit to make my suitcases heavier by shopping! Found some new stores this trip that I haven't been to before, as well as visiting some of my favourite American stores which aren't in Australia!
